That being Queen Victoria of England. As a former colony of the British Empire, Canada celebrates the same holidays as England and our Queen Vic made her birthday a day of rest.

The great players have no detectable betting pattern or reaction to give away but can detect their opponents’ pattern … they are also lucky too as it’s all probability in the end.
