  1. wow. so after about 2-3 days i’ve finally finished reading through your blog. part of me wants to gloat at the accomplishment, while another wonders why i just spent all my time doing that, and the other wonders what you’d think about this and whether it’d give you fodder for an entry someday in the future.anyway it was very entertaining – thank you – and it’s interesting how many of the things you disliked (“loathed”) in 2003 and 2004 are things you loathe now. although i suppose in the later years there was much more emphasis on bodily functions and various diseases… hahaha your writing style’s mostly the same though. and might i thank you for not using colored font cuz it was quite hard to read.and you also get to be the first person i subscribe to who is not a friend in real life. yay

  2. maybe the thing yu did wrong was take the toys out of the bag instead of leaving them inside so that they can see for themselfs what yu got them thats why it ended up the way it did.It would have been more fun and surprising for them. I guess cats and dogs like to be surprised ! lol ! yu should give it another try and see if my suggestion works.

  3. Children do that, too. With the boxes and the wrapping paper that their toys come in for birthdays and Christmas. However, I don’t know anybody who stopped buying their children toys because of this.I do know an awful lot of people who jokingly threaten to, though! :p

  4. It’s funny because it’s true.  Our cat’s favorite toy (besides everything she’s not supposed to play with) was a 50¢ twisted pipe-cleaner object we bought from PAWS?

  5. so true.. i bought cat toys galore for my kittens, and they thought it would be more fun to shred my laundry basket instead -_-the only toy worth getting is a laser light. it not only entertains them, you’ll be entertained watching them too.

  6. it’s soo true, my cat used to jump into my sisters stroller when she wasn’t in it -__- he also used to play with her baby blocks the ones on wires from side of side. especially boxes. all the toys we bought him were never used stupid cats!! LOL

  7. That has been true with all of my cats until I got Ruby. She is the only kitty I’ve ever had that actually plays with the retarded little toys Ibuy for her. She even plays with scratching posts! I’m like, titilated because she gets so excited. She’s such a hyper cat.
